Physician-patient communications through Mortho.AI do not replace in-person consultations.

You agree to use the platform in accordance with your account type's intended purpose and all applicable healthcare regulations.
Age Requirements
Mortho.AI does not knowingly collect personal information from persons under the age of 13.
If you are under 18, you may use Mortho.AI only with permission of a parent or guardian.
Medical features require appropriate authorization and consent.

Subscription and Payment Terms
Mortho.AI offers subscription tiers ranging from free to $19.99/month.
Paid subscriptions include access to advanced features such as Physician-patient chat and X-ray processing.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, with access continuing through the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are not provided for partial months.
Termination/Access Restriction
Mortho.AI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.
Healthcare providers may have their access terminated for credential violations or inappropriate use of the platform.
Liability Disclaimer
The information, software, products, and services included in or available through the site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to the information herein. Mortho.AI and/or its suppliers may make improvements and/or changes in the site at any time.
Mortho.AI and/or its suppliers make no representations about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, and accuracy of the information, software, products, services, prediction models, and related graphics contained on the site for any purpose.
Changes to Terms
Mortho.AI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which Mortho.AI is offered.
The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions.
